The Holiday Inn Express Americus is a recently renovated hotel in the historical town of Americus. We are located 12 miles away from Noble Award winner President Carter's Plains Sunday School and 12 miles from Andersonville's P.O.W. All rooms offer free high-speed wireless Internet access, refrigerator, iron & board, alarm clock and hair drier. All rooms are furnished with one king or two queen size beds. Roll-away beds are available with advance requests only and carry a nominal fee of $10.00. Free Express Start Breakfast. Coffee and freshly baked cookies are served round the clock in the lobby. The hotel has beautiful landscaping along with half a mile of walk space. We also have enough parking space for tractor trailers and RVs. The hotel offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, complimentary right across the mall from the hotel. We are an Eco friendly and pet loving hotel. Pet fee only $15.00, non refundable for your entire stay.
